Product Disclosures

Our products are manufactured via 3D printing, which is an additive manufacturing process. This allows us to keep cost down and also allows for rapid product refinements and improvements. Due to this nature of manufacturing, we can resolve flaws or add improvements to our products without expensive molds or tools. This may result in slight variations of our products from time to time.

With 3D printing, there are notable features in our products. First and foremost is layer lines, these are the results of the printing process where the product is build up layer by layer on a 3D printer. Depending on the product's orientation on the 3D printer's build plate, some surface may exhibit less of these layer lines.

Occasionally, small strands or whisps of filament and bumps may remain on our products. These are usually easily removed by using a nail clipper and carefully clipping them off or simply left alone. On the occasion that an exposed strand, do not pull on it may dislodge the surrounding layers. Simply use a nail clipper and clip off the strand at both ends carefully.

Limitations

We strive to design our 3D printed parts to be as strong, safe and durable as possible.

Our products are not rated nor build for dynamic loads.

We have load tested each product to determine its safe working range. We advise using common sense when applying loads that approach the recommended limit as materials may fatigue over time and break should it be overloaded.

Do not subject our products to excessive heat(greater than 50°C) for any amount of time, sunlight or impact from dropping or being struck by a heavy object such as weights, its structural integrity may be compromised without any visible signs.

If the products shows any sign of damage or deformation it should not be used.

Our products are designed for training purposes only. They should never be used for climbing or at height.

Occasionally we may need to source materials from different suppliers depending on demand and availability. While we try to maintain consistency and coherency, we cannot guarantee that the colours you see on your screen will match the colour of the products you receive.
