Product Safety and Instructions


Before using our product for each session
● Always check that the knot on the rope is securely fastened and tight.
● Always inspect the product for any visible cracks or damages.
● Always hang the product on a sturdy frame. Ensure the frame is stable and strong to bear the intended load.
How to use
● Simply hook a carabiner to the provided rope and a sturdy frame.
● Hangboard:
   ○ Right and Left hand usage are indicated on the ErgoRock front face.
● Switching between left and right hand:
   ○ Flip the ErgoRock vertically and position the rope neatly on the front and back face. There is no need to unclip the carabiner.
● Gaston:
   ○ Pull both left and right ErgoLedge at the same time.
● Finger strength pull ups:
   ○ Feeling strong? Use the ErgoLedge for a fully engaged crimp pull up

Warning!
● STOP using the product immediately if you hear creaking or cracking sounds.
● DO NOT use the product if there are any damages observed.
● DO NOT load the product above the specifi ed load limit.
● DO NOT shock load the product. Always progressively load your weight on the product.
● DO NOT subject our products to excessive heat (greater than 50°C) for any amount of time.
● DO NOT use the product for climbing or at height. Only use the product for training purposes.
● DO NOT subject our products to impact from dropping or being struck by a heavy object such as weights.Its structural integrity may be compromised without any visible signs

Tips!
● Inserts to reduce depth. Simply press and click the inserts into ErgoRock. To remove, use the circular cutout on the back to push them out.
● Pair it with the FootBloc to use ErgoRock on the couch while binge watching your show!
